Is there a reason you wrap around the mandrel before brushing? Just seems easier to brush the inside before. But, I'm new to this so want to know reasons behind everything ;).
the brushing will harden the ring so it's probably easier to mold it into the correct shape and then the brushing will help it stay in that shape...as well as polish it :)
How do you get the PMC to come out of the syringe? I use the same PMC Flex that you have, and the material isn't soft enough to be pushed out through the thin end part of the syringe, even if I use a needle and add water. Any ideas?
Is it the exact same metal clay as above? Cuz I know it also depends on which metal clay your using. Some like the one above remain flexible when dry whereas others don't. Theres a youtube video on explaining the differences between each metal clay, even the shrinkage percentage of each.
Kindly share with us, where one could buy the kiln you use. Thanks 🙏
wow. this is so neat.
GREAT Job. thank you for sharing
Hi amazing tuto! Beautiful ring, studio inspiring! What is the cooker thingy? Never seen I've before! Tc
Dove si può comprare il mini fornetto per cuocere il silver clay??
Kiln.
It it still soft in it's finished state? I'd be concerned about it losing it's shape. If so, Would it hold up if it were tumbled? BTW. Beautiful ring!
