"The Bird Gambit" I don't know if you know, but there is a chess opening called Bird Opening, it is 1.f4. It can be responded to with From's Gambit by Black with 1. ... e5, which could also be responded to with 2. e4 transposing into a King's Gambit. But a characteristic Gambit for this would be 1. ... d5 2. c4. So I would guess that's the Bird Gambit now (or Mujannah-Sturm gambit)
