In cases where the husband proves to be infertile, unable to have sexual intercourse, indulges in illicit affairs, behaves cruelly, forces himself into immoral activities, denies the basic necessities of life, uses his property unjustly, etcThe wife can dissolve the marriage through a judge.This is Fasq. A wife can commit fasq even if her guardians marry her without her permission or if she does not know where her husband is. In case of fasq, the woman has the right to get mahr.
2) #Khulaa
In a patriarchal society, Khula is very rare. In Gulf countries these methods are used by women.
The court ruling recently came that Muslim women have the right to use Khula.
