- hey everyone!
this week's video is a week in my life at fashion school in nyc. for anyone who doesn't know, I am a 20 year-old transfer student who is attending the fashion institute of technology. this week was so exciting taking new classes and wondering around the city that I now get to call "home." during this week, there were some plumbing issues in my dorm building, hence why I was continuously switching between my room and a hotel. I hope you all enjoy this video :)))

Omg I just submitted my app to FIT I was really torn between majoring in design or FBM bc I know the classes are very specific to your major and ive been sewing/designing for years but I chose fbm but I’m happy to know that you can take creative classes like that with fbm major yay!

when applying to transfer to FIT, did you have to write the application essay? I want to apply to start next year as an international student but Im not sure how to go about writing it.also i love the video, you should keep making these kinds of videos!! :)
I did write an essay! I’m not sure if the process is the same for international students than it is for students transferring in the states, but the prompt they gave was really simple! All I wrote about was why I think I’d be a right fit for the school and the major I want to go into!
