The Markham climb was rewarding. If someone can do that trail then they've got intermediate down.

There was a swing on the structure up at Mount Lowe at one point. I'm not sure why it was taken down.
Not sure why either, a few people had a hammock hung there, looked relaxing

It was about a 6 mile round trip hike to both peaks. Incredible views from both !
