This is one of my favorite waterfalls in the area that we first visited in 2018 but decided to go back again and capture it on video since we were passing through the area. Beautiful and relaxing hike through the forest to the falls. This time of year the water flow is low but it allows you access to the base of the falls which is not possible in spring or early summer. I have been to that one before. It is amazing. I regret not climbing up on top of that mound. I don’t know why we didn’t. But I would sure like to go back someday.
Nice! It is great and yes when you go in lower water flow later in the year you have great access to the mound for the great view and you get very wet from the mist haha. Love this waterfall.
Thanks! Yes, bear spray should always be with you in these parks and pretty much all wilderness areas in Canada. Better to have it and not use it then need it and you don't have it. Most likely you will never need to use it but always be prepared. Have fun!
Based on when I was there yes it is an easy trail but if you decide to go down to the falls from the lookout it is a bit more difficult since you need to go downhill and then uphill to get back but it is not that bad at all. You can't get lost. The trail is very used and easy to see and follow.

Yes it is a great one. I found some estimates that say 30m but another source says it is 18m high but it is very wide somewhere between 100-150m.
