And future violations made by these persons or Trump accumulate.

If the press did not have the ability to give them a pulpit outside the court they would have to arrange a press conference elsewhere, and not all media would attend in case they missed drump being dragged out of the court building in chains.

I think the Judge should inform trump & his attorneys that if any threats are received to the jury members from the Congress persons, they will be held accountable for obstruction of justice because they are using fear to control possible verdict of trump. And Jail time will be served for each one of them.
