No, sadly not yet. I’ve been down 2 weeks tomorrow I’m gonna call my surgeon back and see what he says but I think first I’ll see if my Dr. can give me a steroid shot and see how far that gets me. Where I’ve not been able to cook I just went back to something easy. But as soon as I straighten back out I’m going Keto.

⁠I will. I did get the injections yesterday and today I have had a very small decrease in pain so hopefully that’s a good sign. Thank you too my friend.
