Anders Noren is one of my favorite WordPress theme designers. He's been making free themes for the WordPres.org repo for many years, and even lead a default WordPress theme release. I love what he's doing with his latest round of block-based themes.

Most of his themes are based on the 2024 one, it's so cool how basically everyone can create a theme with the Create Block Theme plugin. Just make the changes and export them as a theme. I love Norens style and some of his other really clean and bold themes.
