Awesome collection , I have my eye on the stag barlow with file work i love those little barlows , I love the two tone handle on your pruner at first glance I thought it was rosewood one side ebony the other 😄which I think would be pretty cool . Great video👍
Thanks Jolly! I really like there Barlows! The file work is fantastic! Also glad I got a unique pruner! The buffalo horn "peach" one of my favorites though! Thanks for checking it out!
Beautiful knives yes Steve is a true warrior. Great classic knife style. I remember my grandfather using a hawk bill knife with a bail all the time for over 30 years in the garden he use it to cut vegetables from tomatoes to green beens to pumpkins anything he grew in there farm. I went looking for it after he passed but could never ever find it unfortunately I’m still really bummed out that I was never able to find it. I’m still collecting channel stickers to make my RUclips channel sticker collage I’ve got a super large poster frame I’m gonna use to make it someday. Thank You for sharing your knives with us STAY SAFE STAY COOL AND GOD BLESS YOU AND YOUR FAMILY 😊
@ I will for sure. James and Company have some in Oak handles that look so nice. I wanna grab one after Xmas if I can be patient. They look so good tho and really want an English made piece.
@Lunarpreparedness They are fantastic for the money! And some of the rosewoods are only $30. I do need to pick up an Oak Barlow for sure. I like to have 2 ordered at a time. Makes the ahipping more reasonable. Just be warned they all have a really strong pull. I like it but if yah have arthritis these wouldnt be for you.
I need to put some wax on mine. Good idea. That horn is sweet. I like the pruner with the different wood 👌. Heard a lot of good stuff about James company!
Wonderful collection! I just received the Peach Pruner last Wednesday and It's already becoming a new favourite. I still stand by what I said...get an Ettrick!! They're too unique to pass up! If you want perfection, try a Taylor's Premier knife. James & Co has them, currently. They're often better than M. May! Anyways, enjoy those beautiful knives, friend. Cheers!
Thanks for the advice knife raven! Yah i was looking at those just didnt make it on the order this time. Thanks for checking it out! Was suppose to tag you on this but looks like you found it anyhow!
