Awesome place, I stayed there back in February as a cheaper alternative to the Nattee up the road. I thought the breakfast was one of the best I had in my whole trip. They even had soda bread to go with my bacon and eggs. Perfectly positioned for all the nightlife but not on top of things. The bar area is also great in the evenings with live singers and a chilled atmosphere.

Yes I totally agree with all your comments, it has one of the biggest selections of breakfast I've had in Thailand so far of any hotel 😎

Hi. I've booked this hotel for a upcoming vacation. Can you give me a idea what the nightlife is like. I've booked for 3 nights. Is that sufficient to take in the sights of kanchanaburi. Thanks for posting

Hi, you have picked the right location for the night life most bars and restaurants seem to be this area.
The restaurant opposite the hotel is great for Thai food. You also have the JJ night market which is a short walk towards the railway station.
I have a video coming out next week showing the nightlife and night market that may be of interest to you.
3 nights is about right, I'm sure you have a great time enjoy your holiday, thanks for watching.

Thanks for replying. Can you tell me. On average is the cost of lady drinks, bar fines and short time similar to pattaya, and is hotel guest friendly. I was hoping to either hire a taxi for the day or join a organised tour to show me all the sights. Is that doable.

As far as prices go it seems to be about 70 to 80 baht for beer, food was the same kind of price per dish.
Unfortunately I can't help you with your other questions, because I just don't know!
You can get a taxi from Bangkok it's about 210km a lot of people just come for the day to see the bridge.
If you want to experience the nightlife I would stay over!

@paulsrighteye OK thanks. I'll be staying for 3 nights in the hotel you reviewed. I was going to hire a taxi in kanchanaburi for a day. To be shown around sights

I think from the hotel you could walk to the bridge or get a tuk tuk 🛺 from the hotel.
