According to Google there are 81 signs in Hyrule that Addison needs help with. Previously players had been saying that the online maps were missing some of the sign locations (idk if I explained it that well in the episode). But this was a while ago, so I believe the guide I've been using should lead us to the remaining Addison signs!
(so the short answer is: not yet but it will def happen in a later episode)
