Totally get how this works for pro level 110mph servers, trouble is a good club serve probably just hovers around 85-90mph. Do you think it can be effective for mid level club players?
It is certainly a great way to mix it up and make your opponent face something new which they may not be used to. It is important to understand the positioning, so hopefully this video explains where to move and what return to look out for. As long as you communicate with your partner I think it can be effective for club players - give it a go and let me know how it works for you!
