Generally it takes about three to four weeks to change the database of aadhar from old to new mobile number, so kindly wait, if the problem persist then contact help desk they will sort it out. All the best.

I know, actually ICAR (Indian council for agriculture research) is preparing the documentation, so they will allow you to sit in the counseling if you give the exam in the domain subject as said in the video. Do not worry, many universities will come, they are preparing their documentation. So, for now focus on filling form with proper domain subjects, and during counseling NDRI will allow you to take part, do not worry. You will be eligible for admission as already notified by NTA and education ministry. All the best.
