Man, I really love what you did with this one, especially coming from a suburbanite like myself haha. The black and white started out warm, and then grew to a stifled scream of conformity. The cattle metaphor, and the pivotal point where the man stood atop its carcass and chaos unfolded of desperately being on the run was fantastic. 🤌 Your unpredictable pacing, excellent song choice, and staccato mayhem really tied it all together. My heart truly goes out to those who think there is peace to be found in forced uniformity...freedom is the ability to disappear, not seize the attention of the cattle masses, lest you become even worse off than them, a prisoner of the public eye...👁️ Hustle to disappear, friends. 🏞️
That opening clip basically is American propaganda 😂. They really try to SELL you on the idea of living a boring life. However, I don't feel like selling myself to that. So those who want more have to get over that cattle and run for it. Those explosions are from some 70s movie called "Zabriskie Point" which was criticizing the American dream. At the end they blow up this beautiful Arizona mansion and all its comforting contents. So the suburban life promised in the beginning of the video blows up over the course of the edit. The other two movies are "Easy Rider" and "Badlands" if you were wondering. (Maybe you'll remember hearing about Badlands when you look it up) 😉

Pretty slick how many you used, I had a feeling this edit was more like a special compilation. 😎 Excellent job making it seem all like one cohesive plot! In my humble opinion, the suburban life blows up in your face any way you go about it 😅, TNT or just mediocre apathy. So here's to us, who dare to swim upstream to carve out our own destinies, connect with what truly matters on a primal and spiritual level, and have the luxury of saying that we are the captain of our own ships, not being owned by the soulless machinations of indebted routine. 🌅⛵
@CALAFAX3004 Thank you very much! Tbh I really struggled with this edit because of its pace. The fastly edited clips started to feel too random and I was unable to transition it back into something slower. But in the end it kinda worked out. Only took 3 weeks for me to be satisfied 💀.
