It’s one of my favorite places to put the old rig into 4WD in Florida! Just show up on a day they are open and start exploring. Tons of things to do there!
I can’t guarantee any particular dates, but email me and maybe we can make it happen one of these days. If not me, than I know plenty of others that could guide you as well. Offroadadventures155 @ Gmail. Com
Your not the only one whom like to scatter the water. I'm 53 turn 54 l8r on in 2024 and every chance i get i try 2 empty a puddle. The only good puddle is a dry puddle. AND WE BOTH KNOW THAT ISNT GOING TO HAPPEN 😂😂😂😂😂😂
Do you think I’d be able to keep up with most of the obstacles y’all went through? I’m in a 99 Durango with a 3in lift on 32in Cooper rugged treks. I’ve never been to an actual off-road park
Yes of course you can! You can take anything from a stock 4 wheel drive vehicle to rock buggies or mud trucks. There are trails and obstacles for all kinds of rigs. (Not to say you could do them all safely) I would definitely recommend ditching the street tires and at least using A/T tires though. Bring a friend and a winch and it will open up more of the park for you to explore! Just be smart, know your limits and you will be just fine.
I went there and had a blast with my stock Willys JT… Of corse it came with mud Tires.. but what a time.. Hit the belly often… but the Willys came with skid plates and rock sliders…!!
There are no official dates available. Looks like they took down their website. The rumors are that the owner is trying to sell and that the park was too high maintenance during the summer/hurricane season. Best case scenario, this fall..
@@OffRoadAdventures155 thanks im planning on going soon, i live in south florida thatsvwhy i got a 2wd. If i had a crew i would try to attepmt the easier parts but i doubt ill make it. Thanks brother
This is awesome, it will be cool to meet up and bring my family along on this trail

I’m a child lol. Not great for the rigs, but it sure is fun 🤣🤙

@@sensiblecougar2723 so long as you are 4X4 probably. Only thing you might have some trouble with is the rock crawls. That said, they are optional.
Is Hardrock still open? Can't find a website for it or any info online
It opens only the first 2weekends of the month now apparently am I correct?
I believe so. Best to call them or check in with FTS to see if any rides are coming up.
Is this park still open
Hi in your opinion can you do this park with stock Jeeps/gladiators just better tires like AT or MT? 35s maybe

Is/was this park in Florida?
Yes it is in Florida. It shut down for the summer, but it is open on the weekends now. It’s just west of Ocala.
Absolutely 👍
Tire and lift size on the Taco?
35’s on the Taco with a 3” lift
Love it.. when I got my JT…
The first thing I did was
Grab the kids… and hit
Hard rock…!!! Nice…!!
Thanks! Definitely one of the most fun places in Florida to kick it into 4 wheel drive!!
Any idea if this park will open again? Or when?

Just an update, the park has been open on the weekends again!
Do you think a 2wd tacoma could make this trail?
Nope. 🤷♂️ There are parts of the park that can be done, but some of those climbs were tough for 4X4’s.

What’s the cost?
Hey there! As of yesterday, it’s $30 to get in the park plus whatever you break 😆🤙
