I am very proud that you are willing to give up meat for the rest of this month. I also gave up meat. I am 54 years old now and when I gave it up it was because I couldn't go to the bathroom either. Hahahahaha. After that I found that I didn't meat anymore and I haven't had meat in 8 years and I feel great. So it's just something to just let you know that it's very easy and the way you cook you'll be able to definitely get by without the meat. Hopefully you'll feel a whole lot better and able to go to the bathroom. I was able to and oh, make sure you drink plenty of water that could also be an issue you need to drink at least a gallon of water a day if you can. It could be kind of difficult at first but it's not impossible. So good luck, I'm proud of you.
