This is yet another version of the “Modern day Doctor Transmigrates into Ancient times”-story with really good actors and a lighthearted and funny storyline. I loved this peppy/money-grubbing/kind FL and calm/loving ML. Actually I’ve seen it once before and it might even be on my playlist, but I couldn’t help myself since I love this version. Definitely well worth watching. SYNOPSIS - SPOILER ALERT!!! FL is a modern day doctor working on a cure for cancer. One day she finally succeeds, but collapses from exhaustion and dies. Luckily FL, transmigrates into ancient times. When she wakes up, she is in a bridal chamber and in bed with a man (ML) who is anything but satisfied with the marriage and being drugged. Thinking it’s cosplaying, she takes advantage of the situation and they end up consummating their marriage. It’s not until the next day that she realizes that she has transmigrated into the body of a newlywed Princess Regent, the Duke’s daughter - and she is actually a spy, planted there by the Emperor who fears his brother, the Prince Regent (ML). Since ML turns out to be poisoned and FL happens to be able to cure this, they make a deal of her treating him and divorce after one year. So, FL concentrates on the treatment while doing her best to secure enough money for her to use after leaving the Palace. But things get complicated as feelings arise and the power struggle for the throne threatens not only ML’s life but also FL’s, due to the body’s original owner's involvement with the Emperor. The best version of these reborn script, FL is strong, determined and progressive to play and win the cold-hearted ML's heart and fight against all the villains. Actors are great, director is great - contrast between the cold ML and bright FL plus the complementary assistant couple to release the sweetness. The script had adjusted smoother and more reasonable. An old maid sent by the stepmother rather than a male housekeeper from the father is more ritual considered. The emotion and love development between the two pairs also highly appreciated. 🎉🎉🎉❤❤❤❤❤ However, I just watched the same version from the other channel referred by You tube. You are my highly uploader, I certainly watch it again as it is a good drama with good actors.

主演男主角的演員（王皓禎）外貌俊俏五官精緻很適合古裝扮相，演戲時有許多小表情，屬於年輕人初戀時才有的細微表情變化，很可愛，跟覓七很適配。
覓七這次飾演的角色秦桑是集美麗聰明於一身的穿越古代的王妃，有現代人的思想，明媚開朗、古靈精怪又有一身醫術,計畫賺夠錢在醫治好了王爺和離後獨立生活，劇中多次坑爹行動，得到十萬兩黃金兩次（國公府可能要破產了吧！）,誠懇對待下屬，也得到有情有義的丫鬟保護，和王爺朝夕相處下日久生情而決定一生一世一雙人，王爺拉下殘害手足的皇帝（兄長），把皇位給皇叔坐…故事有一個美好的的結局。
