3:01- 3:26... for me it was impossible to do it on our stroller we bought in May 2019. The customer service provided me a drawing, which said i need to take the other (lower) end of the harness, and if I rotate it a bit, then I can get it through the rift ot the stroller and the rift of the seat cover. :)
That is correct way, there's official video where they remove it by tilting the lower end. You can easily detach it from the seat if you don't want to wash it.
Mine appears to be slightly different than this one. I have the GB Pocket+ All City and my seat is attached by hooks in four places which yours doesn’t appear to have. Do you have any idea how to get the rings off of those hooks? The hooks are so so tight I can’t get the ring straps to lift up and out of the opening?
I managed to do it on mine. Start with the lowest ones, then out the upper ones upside-down, it helps a bit. Also, try to do a side of a hook then the other side. Just don't pull straight.
So, we just got one from a friend to use while traveling, and there appears to be no way to get the hard boards out of the fabric of the seat and seat back. Is it safe to wash the seat with those inserted? Thanks for any help and advice offered.
GeekBCN so I have the qbit+ too and the boards inside are plastic, so I assumed they were the same in the pockit I let both of them soak in the bathtub overnight and put them in the washing machine in the morning. They came out great!

It is not possible to remove the seat harness, the slot is not wide enough to go through. How to remove the bottom basket?

I can’t get it fitted into the washing machine with the board
Any idea what the boards inside the stroller are made from? I’m assuming it’s plastic since it’s okay to put in the washer
Did you try to wash machine the boards? Was it ok?
