    does cluster sampling still count as "cluster sampling" if our clusters are different sizes?
    I was given an example where they make each classroom of 25 students in a school as their clusters, srs 5 different clusters then take the 125 individuals as their sample.
    however in real life its unrealistic for every classroom to have the amount of people
    would it still count as cluster sampling?? (clusters are supposed to be indistinguishable between and distinguishable within, but if we have different size clusters that potentially lets us have clusters that are also distinguishable between) do we have to state some sort of problem with the study in our conclusion??

      In a perfect world the clusters are the same size but they don’t have to be. Like if a city is broke up into 6 wards or regions and each region is similar so what ever region was to be picked it would be representative. In that situation if the regions are exactly the same size it’s ok. I hope that answered your question.

    I wonder if its too late to ask but can i ask for the conditions for all the significant interval methods please?

      In the live video I talked about all the conditions. I don’t recall what it was at. Let me know if you can’t find it

    SOMEONE PLEASE TELL ME FOR THE NORMAL CONDITION, IS IT CORREC TO USE THE P HAT WHEN ITS AN INTERVAL AND USE P WHEN ITS A HYPOTHESIS TEST??

    If we are asked to construct a confidence interval, and we are given computer output, how do we determine the sample size in order to calculate the df?

    • @mporinchak
      @mporinchak  4 месяца назад

      It would definitely be said in the problem the size of the sample.
