However, as part of a healthy discussion, just a quick observations... 1. I don't think Six Sigma covers advanced statistical tools like "Multivariate Analysis", Classification and Predictive modelling etc. Lean Six Sigma does not come close to Artificial Intelligence... 2. Management Systems like Six Sigma, Lean and TPM etc. have never got a place in company wide application. These tools have always been restricted to a small part with respect to entire organization. Marketing and Finance Team of any organization never accepted such concepts. 3. These concepts have always been treated as cheery on the cake and never got a place in main stream of the business which they deserve. These are some of my observations... Once again I am thankful to you that you came out with a video on the basis of question... I fully agree with you that people are more inclined towards certification rather that impactful practical implementation... Keep up the good job!!

One more major issue, the data sciences don't talk about values, culture, system, people, and their integration. 2. Again the issue is with practical exposure to Lean Six Sigma. There are thousands of organizations implementing Lean Six Sigma as their lifestyle which can be seen in their financials and SOBs. Lean Six Sigma is a perfect approach with periodic addition of tools based on innovations, like AI, VR, Big Data, Machine Learning, etc. 3. Well, it depends on the organization's culture and how serious are they. You can get the insights about this in point no. 2 In a nutshell, we will get benefited more to integrate Data Science and Lean Six Sigma for more accurate, relevant, and realistic improvements that will sustain us for a longer period.
