Pritzker Prize for Leadership in Parkinson’s Research to Dario Alessi, PhD, biochemist, director of the Medical Research Council Protein Phosphorylation and Ubiquitylation Unit and professor of signal transduction at the School of Life Sciences, University of Dundee, UK. The prize recognizes scientists who have made it their life's work to speed better treatments for Parkinson's patients and are committed to mentoring the next generation of Parkinson's scientists.
