@@MaritimePaintballPodcastSo we keep it simple with a .50? Really want to buy one of these but I’m seeing so many people complain about this particular problem.. I’m having second thoughts.
COVID has thrown a huge wrench into everything but you can get your name on a email list for when they are available through Defcon Paintball. www.defconpaintballgear.com/first-strike-roscoe-paintball-revolver/?aff=11
@@MaritimePaintballPodcast yes actually when i first got it, the whole thing started leaking right away. So i sent it out to them, the fixed it up and sent it back. It "works" now but the fsr shoot out all over the place. Can't even hit a 5 inch spread from 10 feet away lol round ball is worse, they just explode most times, i find you have to load them a very specific way. Also most wont fit as they are too small
That's wild man. I put a ton of round ball through the one I had and only had a few break, I did notice that if you get a ball break you can't shoot it clean. Its gotta be cleaned out. Hit them up again?
@@deadlyEuphoria420 I've had the same exact experience! Leaked when I first got it, RMA'd it and got it back with the leak fixed, but both round ball and FSRs are breaking in the barrel 90% of the time, and the rounds that do shoot out intact are coming out around 150 FPS and below. I just sent another email in, and while typing it up I noticed the CO2 puncture tip on the marker is all deformed, so I'm guessing that part was softer than the seal on the 12g cartridges I was using, and that the deformation is reducing the amount of CO2 it can take in from the cartridge.
Same hear. I called first strike they had me send it in straight away, they kept it for 2 months finally sent it back. It was apparently a new one since the one i had had a broken safety. It will not shoot any round ball i have( three or four different brands) and the .50cal first strike does not fly straight or far. The new safety is plastic and broke right away.
This gun actually sucks. After the 1st cylinder, you cant rapid shoot at all. You have to let the co2 build up before taking every shot. Its a shame that the TR50 shoots faaar better that the Roscoe, and you can rapid shoot it. I like the Roscoe, but its not phenomenal.
thats why its a secondary lol. but you can get a remote line adaptor for it and run it as a primary, ive heard it shoots super consistent with that method and thats how i plan on running it.
@@rainy6858 i have the remote line. Its good, i just hate how the remote line sticks out straight down from bottom. I wish it was angled. The gun looks better without the remote line, and i wish it shots as good as the TR50, is all im saying
@@rainy6858 id say both, cause their both inexpensive pistols. One shoot better than the other, but the other looks way cooler and breaks in half to reload. I love them both
Perfect for pepper balls
Be cool as a sidearm. I have a dye DAM, I'd run this as a backup with a couple cylinders in a wrist cuff.
I totally agree. It's definitely a "going out in a blaze of glory" kinda of marker for me.
"This is the holster where my Roscoe would go! If I could find one!"
remove the barrel shroud and itl fit better just find sumt lower profile to sdecure the barrel
Thumbnails are always on point
I try. Now I just gotta get the video to be as nice
Thx for the review
No problem. Hope it helped.
Nice
Can you see how much the Roscoe cost are they going to make it in camouflage colors in the holster for it
The Roscoes are currently $220USD and as far as I have heard there are no plans to create anything new for them.
I have found that you should pick undersized paint so that it doesn't break going into the barrel
Underboring is a great tip.
Like a .43 caliber paintball?
That would be to small, it would rattle down the barrel and break

It looks like a mixture of Hellboy's Revolver and Robocop's deserteagle
its a webley with a square barrel shroud
First strike roscoe Why do regular balls explode when I shoot?
What I didn't like was how to pierce the c02
I got the tip x instead
did you not have enough of the 50 cal first strikes to test?
What brand round ball paintball did you use?
GI 50 Cal
Do you know when these will be ready to order?

Did you have to pay the return shipping too?…lol
this gun has caused me nothing but problems and wont even shoots the 50 cal fsr well at all
Bummed to hear that. Have ya tried reaching out to FS for help?

Is this gun any good for home defence has it got the power
Get an HDR its way better
Just to clarify: 2.6 lbs are 1.179kg or roughly 1.2kg and not 1.78kg, which would be considerably a lot more hefty ;)
Thanks for the clarification
Thank you for wasting 15mins of your life to Google that and post it. Someone's feelings could have been hurt.

That's called double action duh
Bro looks super stoned.... Just saying.
Haha nah man, just a wierd combo of relaxed and pumped about the marker.
Is the hammer functional? That’s a deal breaker for me
The hammer is functional. The trigger causes the hammer to hit the valve and release CO2.
