My question shall I jump asap to avoid more loss or wait a bit as it might drop again...I'm really new following the channel to get more insights and learning how to use binance to jump into this fascinating crypto world...keep up the good work👍🏼✊🏼
@@nacimmerazi3376 I jumped in a few months ago. I bought at $9k from FOMO (Fear Of Missing Out). It went up to 14k (I failed to sell), dropped to 5.4k, and it is only just now crawling back up to that point where I first bought it. I have decided that since I expect bitcoin's long-term trend to be up, but it is highly volatile, I will always keep some bitcoin, but will sell some whenever bitcoin jumps up a lot and buy some whenever there is a dip. I have just sold some and will put it back in and more during the next dip. We shall see if I have made the right choice. I have heard that the next bitcoin halving will take place next month, which is expected to raise prices, so I'd probably err more on the side of holding now rather than selling.
So we’re gonna invest our wife’s unemployment check this weekend into bitcoin..

Austin, great report! Shenzhen is one of the four cities currently testing the Chinese digital currency, DCEP, so this definitely is related.
As a long term bag holder of several cryptos, I choose Tron because of Justin Sun and his entire dev team. I support his dogged mission for gross adoption for crypto utility, not in 10 years but NOW. Whatever it takes to get more of the population to actually use crypto is key. But it takes speed, next to zero cost, and ease! Tron hits it on all fronts. I don't care how he markets Tron. His baby just doesn't only babble like all the other projects but is actually starting the walk! Thank you for discussing.

Highest Unemployment rate since the Depression, the uncertainty of political climate, and based off of previous market cycles where can be liquidation period before a huge rally. We will see.

doug b yeah. You’re missing something big. The reason crypto currencies exist. Your paper money isn’t hard money. It’s manipulated, controlled, and it’s value is always, and I mean always, lowered. Fiat currencies don’t last long throughout history. Just look at the top of the bill, it says federal reserve note. That holds more significance than they ever taught you in school and there’s a reason they never taught you that.

This is the reason the retail investors will buy LTC when they come to the part late after BTC hits 10k. They'll be happy to buy a whole LTC at $100. That'll seem cheap to them.

I'm not 100% I understand it exactly, but I think I've found a problem with how bitcoin is set-up. The blockchain gets people to maintain the network by paying them in bitcoin to do so, right? But the number of new bitcoin being produced will shrink exponentially forever. That means the price of bitcoin has to grow exponentially forever to cover the exponentially increased cost to mine each bitcoin. But, the value of bitcoin cannot go up forever. There must come a day where mining bitcoin is no longer profitable. On that day, I suppose some company (maybe the equivalent of coinbase or changelly) must run the hash machines at a loss and cover the loss by charging their customers. Wouldn't that mean that part of the advantage of using bitcoin would be gone, since you'd be dependent on large companies which would act kind of like banks? Then the only advantages left to bitcoin I am aware of would be its finite quantity and its permanent record. But then a regular bank could get the same functionality by using blockchain technology to track trades of fractions of gold bars stored in a vault, couldn't it? I can't think of any permanent utility that bitcoin can uniquely provide.
