    Thanks for the shout out! You explain so well that I'm sure people will enjoy your coaching with Skill Companion on the baby freeze and all the other breakdance and calisthenics figures. I'd love to know how faster they improve thanks to your guidance.

    No strength required. And no prerequisite. Hey! That's my perfect Bboy skill. I'm gonna have to give this a try. Babby Freeze here I come! 👍🏾

    Still works the best, it really isn’t about strength, my technique was terrible and I was afraid my wrist would snap but a few more tries and I pulled it off with both feet off the ground😁

    Simple, I have minus point flexibility and cannot push the elbow down to my knee.
    But now I know which point of flexibility I need to improve on.

    It took me 3 minutes to pull it off.
    IK strength isn't neccessary but as somebody formerly obese having the highest strength/weight ratio and good mobility makes learning this stuff soooooo much easier!

  • @MeanSoybean
    @MeanSoybean 2 года назад +2

    i think the prerequisite is having the flexibility to be able to reach my elbow/tricep to go outside the knee so it's very difficult to have my leg rest on my tricep
    i really need help with this but so far I haven't seen anyone who talks about it

    • @VitalityFitnessScience
      @VitalityFitnessScience  2 года назад

      Thats a good point actually - I will think about a video for common problems with these freezes.
      Flexibility is a point, but for the baby freeze u need really just a bit.
      All the best,
      Viktor

      Its not about strength, try engage ur core, if u dont know how think of it as “pushing ur hand through the floor”
