Im a dancer and always wanted to know how to the baby freeze. One thing i need to get on a certain team is my baby freeze. I was never able to do it but after abt 5min i got it! This was so helpful!!! Thank you 😊
Time for the baby freeze! You can do this without strength?! Wow!! Love that feedback app!! Super cool!! Awesome tutorial Victor! You do such a superb job of explaining and demonstrating!! Congrats on how much your channel is growing!! You’re a rock star my friend!!
Thanks for the shout out! You explain so well that I'm sure people will enjoy your coaching with Skill Companion on the baby freeze and all the other breakdance and calisthenics figures. I'd love to know how faster they improve thanks to your guidance.
When I seen the thumbnail I said to myself “here we go, he’s at it again” Haa !! You are a complete BEAST brother, inspiring as always.. leading us by example with strength and care.
THANKS thank you from teaching me how to do it properly without mistaken because my dad said I had to do baby freeze to impress my Classmates Thank You
Still works the best, it really isn’t about strength, my technique was terrible and I was afraid my wrist would snap but a few more tries and I pulled it off with both feet off the ground😁
It took me 3 minutes to pull it off. IK strength isn't neccessary but as somebody formerly obese having the highest strength/weight ratio and good mobility makes learning this stuff soooooo much easier!
i think the prerequisite is having the flexibility to be able to reach my elbow/tricep to go outside the knee so it's very difficult to have my leg rest on my tricep i really need help with this but so far I haven't seen anyone who talks about it
Thats a good point actually - I will think about a video for common problems with these freezes. Flexibility is a point, but for the baby freeze u need really just a bit. All the best, Viktor

@@VitalityFitnessScience yes you are right it took me around 8 months ;-; and I know I can do it one day when I was in dance class and I was trying to make (both of) my legs stay up and I did it I was pretty shocked lol

Simple, I have minus point flexibility and cannot push the elbow down to my knee.
But now I know which point of flexibility I need to improve on.
Please Keep bringing these awesome tutorial videos.

T
Can the left leg lift straight up? Can it be like this?
It can
thanks bro
not trying to show off but I know how to do this when I’m 8 is that normal?
You're young, you're flexible and your body is very light, still great job though.
Everytime I do a baby freeze my knee keeps slipping out of my arm
Normal in the beginning. Keep going!
I’m struggling to lift my right leg off the floor but I can lift my left leg up easily. I don’t think I’m strong enough.
Its not about strength, try engage ur core, if u dont know how think of it as “pushing ur hand through the floor”
Ohhh okay that makes sense. Thank you 🙏
That's a great tip 💪🏼
I cant do it😢 bc i dont have Long arms😭😢
I could do for like 5 seconds but wrist hurts like hell
Already 5 sec is great 💪🏼
you tole me back roll and thats it
❤️❤️❤️❤️🌺🌺🌺💞💞💞♥️♥️♥️
