I experimented with this on my own a handful of times over the years. I think it could be useful. As a playmaker I personally prefer the drive angle but the common issue is the camera flip

Want to developer says you're going to have to get used to learning how to play defense on it let you know it's probably going to be unplayable.
You're not going to see parts of the Court when you're playing defense.
We need camera drive on all modes, not only 5v5
I play on MyCareer default camera angle which goes into Rec mode as well so it’s not a big deal to me. Playing defense is even easier at that angle imo.

I think they need a better way to present broadcast. Fitting the entire court in the camera on breaks. I say broadcast because that's the way IRL NBA basketball has been presented to us for years.

Lol) I really think if they were going to make a "wire" camera..it's should be more like the drive cam with no flip...the drive cam follows your movement and line of sight like a "wire" camera in the nba and nfl. Yeah, I believe it’ll be the regular 2K Cam on offense, but doesn’t flip for defense. Yet, you keep that same zoomed out height and eye coverage of the full floor
This is how I play mycareer already me being able to use a cam similar in park would be helpful for me at least it helps me read offensive movements better and yeah I hate cam flips and having to wait
people who play online and try to win will not use the cam. they will stick to 2k cam
I used to use that cam in pro am in 2k17 and you get open under the basket way more efficiently lol
