It's just as wholesome as you think! A lot of the VAs have been to see the stage plays and they get to go back and mingle with the cast, too. There's also some overlap between the voice acting and stage play worlds, so some of the VAs and stage cast members have actually worked on various projects together!

All of them are gonna be great friends even if they get to star in other anime stage musicals/plays. It was so funny seeing the cast just having fun and being goofy in front of the camera. As a former theater kid, it's so much fun getting to know your cast members since you will most likely be close friends.
