Grew up on these roads, that one in particular. Nothing like them here in NSW.
Used to do a regular trip around to Runnymede...and loved Black Bobs in a car - so hoping to get back some day on 2 wheels (also escaped to NSW...)
Awesome to see you posting again Andy!! Re: your point about which videos get the most views, I can understand why the maintenance series like Basket Case or the GS1000 get the most, but I’d suggest that the ride videos especially where you’re telling a story or giving an update are where you build loyal subscribers, as we get to know more about you. Example: your Bathurst story made me laugh so hard… plus I’ve learnt a ton about Tasmania that I did not expect to when I found your channel based on the search for GS1000 content. I guess what I’m saying is keep it up mate, it’s good to see you back!!

Great vid...having done that trip many times in the car before leaving Tassie 36 years ago, it was great to see Black Bobs being eaten up on 2 wheels. Looking forward to the day I can get back there on 2 wheels and do the same! :)

I love watching your riding vlogs and the roads in Tassie look to be in top condition. The roads here in Vic are horrendous at the moment,unrepairedpot holes and sub standard repairs everywhere. In Tas you ride on the left hand side of the road, in Vic we ride on whats left of the road.We have to have roadworthy bikes but we dont get bike worthy roads. My son hit a pot hole in april and lost control and hit a tree ,airlifted to hospital luckily he will be ok.
Heading through Vic in a few weeks, I’ll get the chance to check them out.

I still have it. Audio quality and a lack of image stabilisation prevent me using it.

I noticed on the news a bloke in South Aus had his GoPro used to prove he was speeding. He was an idiot doing wheelies etc. lost his license for 6 years!
Yeah, it happens. It is a little easier to get off when it's an "edited" video.
Overtaking on a solid white is not smart, it's there for a reason!
