May the venerable His Holiness the Dalai Lama, the incomparable Je Tsongkhapa, the supreme Lord Guru Rinpoche, and all the virtuous Dharma lords who uphold and propagate the sacred teachings live long and healthy lives. May their aspirations to benefit sentient beings in all directions be fulfilled, and may they, along with their relatives and all sentient beings, enjoy good health and long life, increase in merit and wisdom, eliminate obstacles, and swiftly attain the fulfillment of their virtuous wishes. With these merits dedicated to the special practice of this ritual, thus we pray." This text appears to be a prayer or dedication of merits in Tibetan Buddhism, expressing good wishes for the well-being and longevity of important spiritual figures and the well-being of all sentient beings.
The Holy Savior Buddha Mother, an embodiment of Bodhisattva Avalokiteshvara's compassion, manifests in twenty-one forms. Among them, White Tara is known for having seven eyes on her face, hands, and the soles of her feet, earning her the name 'Seven-eyed Buddha Mother.' The eyes on her forehead can see the countless Buddha realms in the ten directions without hindrance, while her other six eyes observe the six realms of sentient beings. Those observed by her, as Bodhisattvas, all attain liberation.
White Tara is symbolized by the wish-fulfilling wheel in her heart, known as the 'Cintamani' or 'Wish-Fulfilling Jewel.' This wheel has no beginning and no end, symbolizing its limitless capacity to fulfill all wishes. By relying on the merits of this wheel and our devout and righteous intentions, we can not only eliminate the causes of illness and calamities but also enhance our lifespan and wisdom. It severs the root of samsara, safeguards against the eight dangers, wards off malevolent forces, plagues, and illnesses. It can fulfill all sublime aspirations, serving as a means to achieve four essential goals:
1. Diligent practice leading to ultimate realization.
2. Benefiting others.
3. Upholding the Dharma and serving it.
4. Assisting spiritual leaders in propagating the sacred teachings, ensuring their health and longevity while removing obstacles from their altruistic endeavors."
These changes are mainly focused on improving clarity and readability. Your original text was grammatically sound, but these adjustments may enhance the overall flow of the passage.
