Thank you for the message of mental health, I have fought those demons all my life, and have very close to actually going through with it, I did get help, I’m still scared the demons will win one day, but I live my life the best I can, you are the first commentator I’ve heard being so realistic about what people are feeling, and what other people’s expectations of people with mental health problems should b
    Thank you so much

Sorry for your loss, Jeff. Know you're loved by many and have a large impact on the world.
I teach at a large university and have been watching you for many years and always loved your outro. I started to outwardly remind my students to prioritize their mental health, especially above grades. I'd also encourage them to utilize the mental health resources at our university.

The mental health battle is just that. A battle. You have to fight. It won’t work itself out. You have to work through it. As long as you keep working and never stop, you’ll be ok. You just gotta keep fighting. Giving up is not an option.

Sad day. Thoughts with Larry Allen's family. One of my favorite players and always heard he was a great dude. Sorry to hear about your friend sir. Life is hard enough in the best of times... Have fought with my own mental issues and am lucky enough to be in a good place at the moment. It's always hard to find out someone didn't survive their own issues. Raise a glass to Larry and Will. ❤

Love you Jeff. Sorry for your Loss Brother. To you and anyone else that's suffered a loss or just for Mental Health in General, look into EFT(Emotional Freedom Techniques). I strongly recommend to learn about it and to start tapping. Been doing it for about 2 years now and it has helped me greatly. It has specifically helped in times of Loss and to greatly reduce my Social Anxiety. ❤ to you all

Jeff... Sorry for your loss. We don't know each other but I wanted to share this so it will hopefully help with your grief and maybe your guilt if you are feeling any. You shouldn't feel guilty or like you could have done more because you probably helped keep alive much longer than you realize. I had family issues that caused me to be sent home the last month of my last deployment. I completely fell apart mentally and was both suicidal and homicidal throughout that whole transition back to the civilian world. I had a friend who kept me alive and kept me from murdering someone because he talked to me, he answered the phone when I called, and called me to check on me, it sounds like that is what you did for your friend and though I didn't follow through and my friend helped a lot I can honestly say it was pure luck and good timing on my friends part that kept me alive and the other guy alive. Whether you know and can accept it or not by talking to him you really did help your friend more than you can imagine. When a person is in that state mentally nothing about how they feel or what they are going through makes sense to someone else they just want the pain to stop whether it is physical, emotional, or mental and sometimes they will do anything to make it stop. I am sure by talking to him and being his friend you tried to take some of that pain away but that isn't how it works and it's not your fault. Take care and I hope you heal from your loss.

I remember a quote from Robin Williams (paraphrasing), saying that “everyone you meet is fighting a battle you know nothing about, so be kind. Always”.. all the best to you, and the friends and family of your friend…

We'll see if CeeDee's ego has to set the market or if he will be reasonable!? I think CD is comparable to JJ. Will everyone just shut up about Micah! He does this every year during Voluntary OTAs. He has stayed in touch with MM & Zim and stayed in shaped, like every year before! The media is making Micah out to be something he just isn't and getting Cowboy Nation's panties in a wade! You have to have those leadership traits in order to lead and Micah and CeeDee don't have them...which is fine! Other do have those traits! But I do agree, don't talk about leading if you don't really mean it because you just don't have those leadership traits!

The Cowboys should not pay Lamb or Dak. Franchise tag Lamb and let Dak walk next year then let Lamb walk the following year. The Cowboys need to get away from giving guys big contracts after their rookie deal. Just let them walk and replace them in the draft, caving in to players salary demands hasn't worked since they paid Emmit Smith when he held out so letting guys walk then drafting replacements will be at least as effective if not more effective. I'm not against players getting paid they just need to get paid somewhere else.

I’m a retired soldier and our military are trained to be the very best leaders in our Republic. I say that because our leadership is life or death, not win or loose a stupid game. I’ll tell y’all right now and to their face if I ever met them (I’ll give them my autograph too as someone who actually made a difference in this world for 21 years for pennies) that no player who holds out, misses practice (even voluntary) or has to tell people he’s a leader IS NOT A LEADER. Make CeeDee play on the tag then let him walk and trade Micah before his contract expires or make him 0lay his entire rookie deal plus a tag year then let him go.
Of course, Jerry isn’t a leader either so he wouldn’t consider anything I’d do. Jerry is a COWARD!

Trade him and Parsons. We just got destroyed by Green Bay a team full of young Wrs. Houston we are told, I have my doubts, are the next great team and off of last year's team and that entire wr roster doesnt make that much money.
Jerry almost always overpays for drafted talent and he needs to learn that not everyone you draft needs to be paid bigtime. Cee Dee lamb has never made a difference in a playoff game in four years. You cant name one game he owned the opponent. Same with Parsons and I really like Parsons
