Funfact : the push-ups with legs on a gym ball (like Primarina in the video) are actually hard af!
Decline pushups are way harder than they look up in and of themselves, I can't even imagine when you add a ball that keeps wiggling around to the mix.

Yup! You shift your weight forward onto your arms by doing that. Plus, being on an unstable surface activates your core. It's the opposite of having your arms higher up (e.g. on a bench), which we have people do when their arm strength isn't great, to train them up for regular push ups.

@@RekiWylls I wish I knew about starting push-ups elevated back in elementary and middle school. I would always feel ashamed during gym because I didn't have the upper body strength of most other students, but my family couldn't afford the trainers that many of those students got outside of school. The school of course was no help either as they didn't teach us anything useful when it comes to physical fitness. It actually left me very demotivated and with body image issues that I am still dealing with today.

I used to be like Charizard. In fact, I couldn't do a single sit-up until *after* I graduated from High School. I think I only passed my Athletics classes because the coaches were too sorry for me, or just had second hand embarrassment. But at least I can do 30 sit-ups in a row *now* .

I love that Torterra’s not doing push-ups so much as just bouncing on his knees Incineroar showing off is just too good. Cinderace and Primarina have the best overall push-ups. Serperior doing yoga instead of push-ups is perfection

No one here realizes how hard it is to do push-ups using sticks, or in Samurott's case, seamitars, that is the hardest thing here by a longshot.

a lot of people seem to think Decidueye is weak physically but to use a bow especially one with your own wing as the body and be able to pull the string taut you need a lot of strength and endurance dude could probably bench as much as most fighting types
Decidueye's Hisuian ancestors were fighting type after all. ^^

Similar to swordfighting, sure most just think of them as a metal baseballbat, but it takes deceptively strong grip to hang onto it when clashing. Shields are heavier, it's no wonder towers were made to stand up on their own.
English longbow archers would often have messed up spines after having to pull such heavy weight on only one side of their body for years.

Definitely gonna go with Swampert. My legs and abs are doing pretty good but my upper body can use the exercise, and having a gym buddy that looks like that would only motivate me to work harder so I can catch up.

For real they are like me. Everytime I start a program I drop it a while later, I mean the only thing I'ma gonna get is more definition on a lean body, I don't even need to lose weight, quite the contrary. So I'm doing the Emboar training, sleeping, eating and hoping to get into a normal weight range little by little.

I think this is the moment we should all be honest with ourselves, most people say we're one of our favorite starters when we do our push-ups or sit-ups, but in reality everyone here is probably Emboar.
