Some of my upgrades: Weathered wayfarer(my favorite white card), starnheim unleashed, thaumatic compass, the ozolith, castle lochtwain and war room would be some of my first thoughts. Really enjoy hearing you guys talk magic. Thanks for the content, guys.
def agree for Weathered wayfarer and the ozolith but those cards are already $10 so they can be difficult on a tight budget. For the others: - I woudn't put War Room in the deck, they are better utility lands, and the black has plenty of good card draws; war room is going to be too slow, and may hinder your color needs. - Castle lochtwain is OK as most of the time it will come untapped; just make sure to keep the number of basic swamp high enough. - Starnheim unleashed: I'm really not a fan of this card; in the angel creation category, I prefer: Emeria's Call which I can just replace a plain by it so it doesn't occupy a spell slot; if I were you I'd consider: "Blot Out the Sky" instead; it doubles as a board wipe.
@@kandjar I understand that these cards don't fit the budgeted nature of this segment, but these are some of my first thoughts on additions I'd make if I were to make some upgrades. I agree that black is in a relatively good spot with card draw, but I've been finding success running 12+ card draw in all my commander decks and using utility land slots for that purpose frees up space elsewhere in the deck. I wasn't impressed with blot due to its limited nature and was just thinking about a way to really go over the top at the end of a game(similar to torment of hailfire). I think the bolt mdfcs are great in any deck that can run them. Good add. Thanks for adding to the conversation.
I'm not sure, but I see Breena in a way that would be better to stay with one or two creatures in the bf and just buff them instead of building an army of tokens. And also get value from those buffed creatures when they attack(lifelink is good here) or die. I like Bloodtracker, Healer's Hawk, Nullpriest of Oblivion, Flesh Carver, Hero of Bretagard(that's my favorite!), Vampire Nighthawk, etc...
I agree with that, I've been playing the deck with very few changes, and I feel like the strength is that people don't feel like attacking you, when I get some tokens on the board people will hit me a bit to get me a bit lower, no mater what I offer them in return
Cathar's Crusade+Basri's Lieutenant+(sac outlet) is a good loop Nantuko Husk= Indefinitely large dude Viscera Seer= Scry your deck Blasting Station= Indefinite damage
You know that any sac outlet with the other two cards is going to give you infinitely large dudes!!! Since Cathar Crusade will put +1 counters on all the other creatures in play (which will be at the very least: Basri)
I would have thought you wouldn’t have wanted to gain life from creatures like battle priest due to you wanting to draw cards off your opponents having more life?
I love hearing Jeremy complaining about cards like: Gonti... where he clearly still love playing Villainous Wealth :D and he did play that card in "webcam magic" games :-)
@@kandjar yes but now when they get the card for attacking the opponent with most life you get a treasure and the +1/+1 counters. It make possibly two activation of smothering thite per opponent turn.
Can we talk about the tempting card and how its the worst card printed in a long long time? The floor is a 4 mana artifact that gives you nothing. Just seems unplayable and it was the first card i took out
Breena is the worst commander ever. It's a suicide Commander! You give the opponents cards, while you're getting +1/+1 tokens. Soon enough they will find a board wipe, and their advantage will remain, while yours will disappear.
Check out the four other deck upgrades!

smothering tithe and underworld dreams are my additions immediately , I enjoy the videos , thanks for the time
I believe it was confirmed on Johnny Appleseed day that Felidar Retreat makes 2/2 Lawyer tokens

18:00 hold up, is Jeremy "Villainous Wealth" Noell really trying to rip on effects like Gonti in web-cam commander?

I have thought of Armistice for Breema so you can manipulate their life total.

@@kandjar that's a given, I was just being concise...and Nantuko Husk is a pet card of mine, needs some love 😂

Author of shadows exiles ALL cards not just creatures

Smothering thite is even better in breena in my opinion
Smothering Tithe is better in *any* white deck imho.

It will always bother me that "Blackguard" is the spelling for the word pronounced "blaggard"

Indeed, it's bad design, but it had some potential. However, thran dynamo will always a be better choice.
If it had either gave a treasure token upon entry or said "whenever an opponent creates a treasure token" it would have been much more playable.
First
Love this deck btw

How do they get their free cards?
By punching each other.
You don JUST get some +1/+1 counters you also get your opponents to kill each other for you.
