All Might manifested it bec he is quirkless. Even Nanashimura was seen with FLOAT only not having Raw Power... (Bakugo manifested the Raw power but it is an incomplete transfer of OFA and its in Movie)
I thought Mirio's eyes were just dots. But the fact that they shine outside of his irises and the he cries beyond them means his sclera are skin-colored, too. And that's just creepy.
I love this but honestly, I just think that when Jiro sings this song I don't know why but I don't really know why she laughs at Denki then because she did kind of make fun of Denki because he's dumb and not strong enough like when he goes into yay mode. But either way great video and Mirio deserves this tribute and I'm not hating.
