WOW! This video is great! What a drive through memory lane. You were on three streets where I lived, I graduated Abraham Clark H.S., shopped downtown, went to St. Joseph's church, it was like going back in time in a time machine. I recognized so much and yet, so much has changed. Roselle looks pretty good and it was an enjoyable ride, I really liked this video; it makes me think what if I had stayed...but fate brought me to Washington State...but the ride through Roselle was a really, really cool video.(lived there in the 50's through 70's)
At 14:52 He makes a Left on Mercer, Left on Poplar and Right on 4th Ave, NOT 5th Ave. It is also after 24:44 that a RIGHT (Not left) is made onto East 3rd Avenue toward Chestnut.

nice video- I grew up here. The last left turn, made from Chestnut Street in front of the big CVS, is a turn onto 1st Ave not 3rd Ave. as printed in the video,- it's the last left in the travelling- before the final right onto Locust Street..also interesting is the building you round on the right, as you make that last right- it was the 1st commercial building to have Thomas Edisons' electric lights- as well as the 1st Presbyterian Church..There is a sign on the building that needs desperately to be repainted, with a image of Edison & the quoted fact about it being the 1st town for electric lighting. Just look up when you turn right-before you enter the rail road underpass.~~Electric lights in Roselle~~pretty cool!! & Warinaco Park is GREAT!!!:)
@@RWarrior777 sorry for late response but: good town to live in (west side much better than east (by wawa and chicken shacks and all through there it becomes not as good)), schools are pretty good up until high school, but there's alteratives like roselle cathlic or ucvts
Thanks for the tour I lived on Kennedy Drive for years. I was hoping you drive by my old house.
I'm sorry I didn't this time but I will try the next time! The town has changed even more since I recorded this video. Thanks for watching!
