I dont ever recall being blocked for more than a few minutes.
I saw a falcon grab a sparrow mid air right at that corner while waiting,1985.

Funny...the PII was deployed to Europe in response to Soviet increase in SS-20s.My missiles,were usually targeted on Soviet C3 in Byelorussian SSR.
