this is what I've noticed too! she's center during the opening of the last two stages she's in (loco and yummy yum). she sets the mood PERFECTLY
For me, it’s because of variation in concept. For me, all the trainees in performance unit should form another group, they will slay more in charismatic concepts. With how young the other contestants are, i’m sure the concepts would not be very hard core girl crush concepts like the loco or YG style music. It will be teen vibes, soft girl crush or ballads. In my lineup I chose those who can pull off cute and soft girl crush concepts. That is why I did not put anyone from performance unit in my lineup because it will be a waste for them because that is the type of concept where they excel the most.
Alot of them are great, but you gotta have the "IT-FACTOR' you need to Standout. That's the thing she lacks. Kotoko aint the best vocalist nor a great dancer but she stands-out in every number.
@@jesstineann8189 Jayla and Kotoko are friends. Absolutely didn't need to bring Jayla down just to bring her up. Kotoko has a unique charm. I wouldn't call it stage presence. Jayla has stage presence. Not necessarily that charm, but she does have stage presence.

JAYLA SHINES SOOO BRIGHTLY IN THIS PERFORMANCE, ITS HER HOME, Her attitude and conveyance of the song is top notch, you can feel the genuine presence, its just not forced. THIS ALSO GOES TO KABI, with that one line, slays very hard. SHE SUPER VERSATILE OMG, no concepts feels very forced from her.
Sumin, Narumi, Sunwoo, Jayla have a STRONG stage presence. Sadly, Jayla is eliminated.
