Romford born and bred, first went there 40 years ago. Amazing food, amazing restaurant and amazing family.

You know there are three things that set you apart from the other food review channels on you tube 1. You have a real understanding of food and what it takes to produce prepare and cook good produce 2. Passion for what you are doing..you seem to really get the effort the places go to to try to do the best under difficult circumstances and what it means to them to produce good quality well made food 3. You are real and u are never condiscending or patronising to the places you eat and you show respect to everyone you seem to come into contact with..Im really starting to love this channel and it is fast becoming my go to for food reviews that i actually trust

Real understanding of getting paid to do the review and when normal people go to the places the portion sizes are completely different. I know because I have been to 3 of the places he has reviewed and the food and portion sizes are different

How much does a review cost lad? I'd say if a few 50s came your way a pot noodle would be elite...

Nothing better than a good Chinese, best food on the planet for me.
I find that the best Chinese restaurants don't do or have limited delivery, my local only takes delivery orders by phone and only delivers within the same postcode

New Golden Duck in Willesden NW10 2JN-not on Ubereats-Just eat or Deliveroo-no delivery-Eat in Best-comes straight from the wok- Char Sui -thin Crispy Noodles in Black Bean Sauce-Banging! Family run as well! Wrap your laughing gear around that Matt!
Never had a good Chinese that's on any of the takeaway apps before either mate. If they're good enough they don't need it, those apps are full of hidden charges that take money off the restaurants. Chinese places seem to be the only ones not arsed with them.
I've never subscribed to a channel quicker than this, took u guys 1 video to win me over and i'm subscribed by the start of this one.

Hi mate, I think sometimes Londoner people down South are more willing to pay for it. Also alot of people just expect it too be filled up. Im so glad you like he Sweet and Sour. In Hong Kong sauce is not drowned. Thank you.

That looked absolutely amazing I will definitely be going to try that place. It definitely reminds me of the one by me called the taipan (Milton Keynes) would definitely recommend! I would love to know if this tops the Chinese by me.
Great looking food, the family not only seem to have massive respect for the ingredients but also their customers. I doubt they'd let an average dish over the pass. Only one thing spoilt it for me, that child screaming would wreck my head, sounded like it was being tortured

Absolutely true about Chinese near your house I tried loads of Chinese by where I live in dudley and a lot of them were rubbish then one day about 1/2mile up the road I found a Chinese called Henry's kitchen and its the best Chinese I've had in my life I go nowhere else now

Love how confident the restaurant is in their food.
Its because they are from the older generation of Cantonese which were the original to set up Chinese eatery in UK. The New one are owned by mainlanders which are chefs of the retired Cantonese, there not many left now hard work.

Go YI BAN at the regatta centre near city airport 25 mins from there......and you will see and taste real Chinese cuisine.....I've had blue orchid and quite frankly its shit 😂

Amazing menu. There was a brilliant Chinese on Romford Road in Forest Gate in the 80s. Food was out of this world and so cheap.

@@robtudor3785me and my family eat at eastern place it’s on the Romford road and have done for 25 plus years. Food is gorgeous and my favourite Chinese ever
Hi Aysha, I think it was the Eastern Palace. This was 1985ish and it had only just opened. Honestly the banquet meal wax £5 per head. Amazing.
