Philips DRL Audi style controller by HIDS4U

Audi style controller for any DRL daylight running light. Indicator turn
Signal switches off the corresponding side DRL. Also DRL is dimmed at night to prevent glare.

These drls look like they are mounted into a 'cut-out' in the bumper. That Is what I need to do with my bumper but what kind of bracket is required for that kind of fitting?
