Thank you so much! Very clear detailed instructions. I speak on behalf of all NB2 owners. Much love ❤️ will be ordering my genuine gasket and copper washer from mazda.
@@Project380 My wife and I finished the valve cover gasket and no leaks on the first try! However, we did discover a coolant leak coming from the heater hoses. Small drips once ever 5 minutes. It's on going maintenance care.
Wondering if you might know what the housing for the oil control solenoid is called? The extra bit mount to the top/front of the whole valve cover. While replacing my solenoid, the bolt holding it in snapped so I'm looking for a replacement.
I speed past all other tech vids to watch yours. Excellent videography. Thank you so much🎉

i probably wouldn't use bathroom sealant 😂😂, its RTV sealant
Am I needing to disconnect the battery for this? If so did you reset the immobilizer?
you don't need to disconnect the battery so you should be good
What happens if you tighten it too much like 20nm on the cam cover bolts
you either strip the threads, stretch the bolts or deform the gasket
What size are copper crush washers please?
