Another great Elvis History story! Trey your the best! I'll be back in Memphis in October and will definitely go here. I Love all the Elvis, June, Pat and Buddy stories! TCB
That’s funny story. Trey it kinda makes me mad. They didn’t have enough respect for Elvis not to tear up his car. Honestly my mom raised me better than that. I think that was awful they tore up his car. And jerked pats shirt off of her. That’s awful!
Really appreciate you and spa guy bringing this Elvis history to his fans -You guys teaming up are the BEST! These Elvis Videos are my Favorite always and thank you for all your hard work to produce these fine productions! You guys keep the Elvis world alive like no one out there can!
Fascinating video!! How scary for those girls, when they had to find a way to get in the car!! I can’t imagine fans destroying Elvis’s car, and ripping her blouse off!!Those were the days!! Thanks!! 24:10
Wow Trey. That was so amazing. Seeing the platforms where the chairs use to be and the projection glass blew me away! You did an awesome job!! I love history and looking back. Fascinating! Thanks!!
Thank you for sharing yet another great history of Elvis,.. God bless you Mr Trey PS: " nervous bladder " lol June surely knows how to named things , funny .
Thanks for another facinating Elvis video Trey. Well, I have been trying to visit Memphis and visit Graceland for several years and all yet; it looks like I'll have to put it on the back burner once again, my schedule just won't allow it right now. Yup, I'll have to watch the vigil and other Elvis week happenings online once again... Darealdeal
You absolutely tightened up and didn't double dribble with this piece of Elvis history Mr. Trey !! Thank you. Thank Mr. Spa Guy as well on his cover on TRUE Elvis history. Can you imagine poor Elvis and June not able to even enjoy a movie date out. No wonder Elvis went to renting out movie theaters ! Knowing Elvis's sence of humor I bet he laughed his head off, lol ! Thanks to those police officers who helped them escape from the unruly mob. I wonder if those police officers are still around? Probably not because they would be too old. Enjoyed hearing about this bit of TRUE Elvis history Mr. Trey. Cool 😎 story ! Enjoy Elvis week. I'll be there vicariously through you and Mr. Spa Guy Mr. Trey. Safe travels and God bless.
I was trying to imagine what it was like back in the fifties at that theatre, when it was a cinema. I would love to of lived during that time in America, as I am from England. Great video Trey.
I'm so glad they kept the theatre's facade. This is such an interesting story. Love how you and Billy (in both y'all's videos) have explained the real history here. The really fascinating part to me is the balcony area. Where the seats were. The ceiling tile. The steps down to the street. The balcony's edge with the line of bricks going left to right. That quick glimpse into what looks like it was an old restroom upstairs. The wonderful old photos showing us what it was like back then. Excellent job here, my friend. The balcony area is what gets me here. So much left in tact. Just LOVE how it's preserved. Anyway - great upload, Trey. Wish i could come to Elvis week and take the tour. You guys bring it alive every single time. Take Care.
Man my notifications didn't work letting me know you posted this yesterday so I just found it now. Anyway great video Trey as always and thanks for doing the research and getting the history corrected. So cook that you got to go up in the room and film it for us to see. Just a shame it wasn't kept a theater but atleast the building is still there. Another piece of the puzzle corrected and put in place!
Useless information moment - but kinda interesting - in one of the old photos of the theatre there's a Walgreen's adjacent to the theatre where the Mattress Giant is now. In this current line-up, Walgreen's has moved across the street. Again, nothing notable, just kinda interesting.
Why was the colonel on Elvis about girls? He was young and so were his fans. Elvis was right, without his fans fans he wouldn’t have a new sr or even need a manager. The colonel was such a jerk.
Gladys was always afraid the fans would hurt Elvis. It makes me mad cause what kinda girl tears up his a msn car? Fans or not. I was raised better than that.
Elvis Presleys twin brother Jessie Presley the first born male child is not buried at Graceland with the Presley family the reason being they cannot find the body or grave of Jessie Presley, will Jessie Presley be one of the Great Signs from heaven spoken of in the book of (St.luke 21;11) and Great Signs shall there be from Heaven, The coming of Big Brother, That's right Big Brother, Fool's we should have knowen, "Sincerely Your's ", Joe Mankiewicz, The Prophet of God.

I remember that story in Junes book. Poor pat lol she was so feisty I’m shocked she didn’t just turn around and fight whoever ripped her blouse off 🤣
If you watch my show with pat she tells this story and how Elvis called her Jane after the newspaper misidentified her
@@GlobetrottingWithTrey I need to go find it and watch! I don’t think I’ve seen it

What are those spots on the ceiling?
I’m not sure unless something was on it at one time
@@GlobetrottingWithTrey I bet that's what it was...... like some kind of grate like design or something.

Great eyes
Trey is that you or your doppelgänger on the Craftsman commercials?
It’s not me… I guess I do have a look alike
Ok guys who's the fake Spa Guy ? I only watch Trey and Billy's channels so I don't know.
I’m not going to mention them but they try to do same style shows every few months but one show they reported this story completely wrong
