Just made this tonight, was going to add prawns, but no need. AMAZING FLAVOURS, would highly recommend. Also would be great as a starter for a dinner party. Really really good. Love your channel as I have a vegetarian daughter in law, a dairy free son in law and a pescatarian husband!!! You have met all my criteria!!! Thank you and this meal was totally divine.😊

I just love rice , when Spanish flavours are added by way of a Paella then the rice is at it’s best for me. I like this Paella as there’s no sea food in it to spoil it for me. Thank you.
I you're on a low carb diet like me, you can substitute low carb Orzo from "Great Low Carb Bread Co".....it ain't perfect, but it's better than no Paella...just precook it first, and do everything else the same as regular paella... Seven net carbs per two ounce serving ...find it on Amazon.
