Thanks a lot for taking the time to explain this for the rest of us. Just to point out something, the upper limits of clearance for RC1 and RC2 make sense based on max hole and min shaft. However for both RC3 and RC4, upper limits are 1.2 thou and 1.1 thou, respectively. Hopefully you'd explain why it's 1.12 and 1.5 thous in the fit table. Cheers, Haitham
