Born in Brooklyn, Karen Pilgrim is the CEO and founder of Vison, Vegan, Soul. Through her guidance and mentorship, Pilgrim has helped countless individuals to jump-start their lives by becoming the best versions of themselves. She does so through the development of her one of a kind vision boards. Such vision boards and action boards have helped others GPS their future by articulating, creating, and visualizing their futures on papers, boards, or walls. Her utilization of action boards reinforces positive images that then allows you to attract the best life possible. Her love for life and people has led to over 20 years of service to the community inspiring others through her work at schools, correctional facilities, and group homes. Tools to build my vision board:
1. Construction paper: blank canvas, don't build on bad foundation
2. Scissors: get rid of negative things in your life
3. Glue: Your compass/motivations
4. Date: Set timeline for your vision and bring it into reality
I loved it🦋 I can't stop thinking about comit suicide...I feel my inner light and dreams are gone. I'm tired of dealing with this since I was 17. How is it that I see my vision (become an entrepreneur in the personal development field -coach and nutrition-) but I'm not capable of materialize it? Ive taken actions towards and Ive done so much inner work (on thought, emotions, universal laws, techniques, gratitude, health routines, etc)
I feel trapped now in a job that I don't like and is blocking my mind, increasing my anxiety and death thoughts...I don't know what I'm missing because the more I try the more I see my vision is just for others but not for me.
Add God to your vision board, that's the only thing missing. Submit yourselves to God and everything will begin to fall into place
You may have a Skitoma - noun - the phenomenon of mental misperception. The brain is fooled by the eyes, for the eyes see what they believe is true, not what the reality is....
Try to see it happen, until it becomes routine. You are worthy. Practice, practice, practice. Good luck luv.

You must remember THOUGHTS ARE THINGS. If you want to change , CHANGE!!. You have to shift your mindset. If your thoughts are negative your vibrations will show up negative. You have to live what you preach and BELIEVE BELIEVE BELIEVE. The mind is powerful., when you feel defeated, sit down close your eyes , put your hand over your heart, be Grateful for that rhythm that Carries your personal beat of life. Now speak out loud for everything you are grateful for. Allow your brain to hear the thankfulness, When you thank God and the universe for the negative that has come your way and you made it out , it shows that you have past a test that is about to bring abundance your way as long as you trust and believe the process. I pray this message reaches you because you are needed in this world.
May God heal your mind and bless your soul.
