Props to Mr. H for sticking with Bowman as he has really come a long way since driving for BK Racing. Him and Ross Chastain are very similar stories and both are finally getting the recognition and rides that they deserve.
@@zahmann1860 I don’t consider luck getting a penalty going into the final stage of the race and driving to the front from the tail end of the longest line to win.
@@ryantaylor3828 you can blame fox broadcast for the shitty info on that lol. I'm a Bowman fan watching the race at work and for the longest time I didn't even know he had a pit road penalty I just thought he fell back due to a bad stop. Bowman had a fast car all day and because of the lack of info everyone thinks the win was just handed to him
@@diezellopez173 NO EXACTLY, I had no idea he had a speeding penalty either but I assumed so because there's no way a bad pit stop makes you lose 30 spots on pit road
Gotta love the Hendrick performances today. Even better is Bowman’s consistency. He’s lacked that in his career at HMS, and I wasn’t banking on him winning today. I thought it’d be Larson or Byron, but not Bowman. Glad to see him get locked in!
This win should be Alex Bowman's proudest moment in his NASCAR career. I love "Yung Money" but let's hear it for the "Kid" from Tucson Arizona!!! Straight up the best final 2 laps for the win that I've seen in The Cup Series for a long time.

NASCAR please start the helicopter view and complete track view camera again. The in-car camera are not fun. And I and people like me may lose interest in sport. Please bring that back
Not really he lead only 25 laps at the end and benefited from clean air and restarts if he was so dominant truex jr wouldn’t have caught him from 5 seconds back and he would have found a way around Larson and bowman with those 4 tires but didn’t.
@@happyjohn8256 last year has nothing to do with this year it’s a completely different car my point is if Busch had the best car he would not of lost time to truex and pulled away he didn’t clearly truex caught him from 5 seconds back.
@@happyjohn8256 I would say the same for bowman as well crew chief wise I like Gregg ives but his calls on adjustments to the car during races and sometimes the set ups to some of the cars he brings to the tracks are way off even from his teammates but when he’s given a great car that ives hit on the set up he wins races yeah his wins over the past year maybe aren’t as flashy as his auto club win back in 2020 but the thing people seem to forget is he had to drive to the front and put himself in position to win those races and it takes more than luck to able to do that at the cup level. So I don’t believe the issue with bowman is his driving talent as much as it is his crew chief and his team being inconsistent.
