@@Izzyallday ooh I'm not saying that the hardwired is the solution. i get that you want WiFi and not hardwired, its more for troubleshooting, if you indeed have internet over hardwired then it at least can confirm that the console it self is not necessarily at fault but rather that there could be an issue with the WiFi network, have you tried changing to a different WiFi channel? ruclips.net/video/49JBYSv3Nig/видео.html

Also not sure if it’s you would want to do this but believe or not, ChatGPT is a great tool for doing troubleshooting but if you have a free account you’ll be limited to model 4o-mini as apposed to model 4o or even the hyper advanced models like o1 and o1-mini which are advanced enough to write their own code and write programs but for something this simple 4o-mini should suffice as a tool to help you
U need to used a wired to ur router or do u even have psn
have you tested a hardwired connection to confirm if it can even connect, this would help with seeing if its a software issue or a hardware issue

I have tried different methods.But nothing seems to work so I don't know.I'll check that video out then.Appreciate it
