Didn’t realize how the whole song foreshadowed the events of the show
I did when I was stupid enough to actually watch the opening and read along with the subtitles... I was like oh shit... they gonna make him out to be a bad guy over something, aren't they?

It was made for the purposes of reminding us the cruel and sweet story of those two souls
I disagree no mention of jumping the shark
They usually do this with anime.
"i'll become eternal and live on in your memory" rlly represents the part when inori lives inside shuu's heart even after she disappeared😭
There is a fan theory that Inori shares the body with Shu after the ending. In the last scene you can see them together and some believe this means that her soul occupies his body now, the same way Mana's occupied her body. So, in the end the King and Queeen who saved humanity reached a happy end after all. This is what I'd like to believe at least. 🥲
That particular lyric line just personified the fact that Inori and Shu are forever tied together, Inori living inside Shu's heart
The anime really broke me into tears and listening back to this opening and relizes that the first opening foreshadowing the anime getting into those type of feeling where you felt empathy and effection... i don't know that feeling is but it felt great.

@Elizabeth Davis from ep 1-12 it's like from 8/10 but it after ep 13 to the last ep it's kinda drop for me to 6/10. But that's my opinion. Check it out maybe you'll like it.

yea I agree but one thing I would like her to change is the background music to be quieter than her voice in some parts not saying I didn't like it, but could not hear the lyrics sometimes because of the background music *I still love her songs though* :)

I believe that the people involved with mixing and mastering are the ones that focus on that, not Amanda herself. Also, it seems to be mixed similarly to the original, which also has the instrumental a little louder.
Those are not remastered, those are rearranged. In original song piano is in foreground with a guitar, here I almost never hear it. And I don't think voice fit this song, too strong for it. I like other songs, but in this one, it just doesn't sounds like it should.
Idk I think I'm just used to the old cover of this song and I don't mind the change, in fact, I love when she redoes covers I'm a big of hers so I don't want to sound like I'm hating on it.

I also have no problem with you appearing with your real face. I think you're pretty and it's no different than watching a live performance video. However, the thing I just realized in recent changes is that with the giveaway soundbites at the end, the videos are a bit awkward to put in playlists (RUclips's, that is).
