- hese videos go through the syllabus objectives for the Financial Exams of ST5/F105/SA5/F205. They are raw, unedited and contain a large amount of opinion. I've taken a skeptical approach to the subject and my views may not be correct. Feel free to correct me in the comment section below. I'll be releasing a new video every day

I love your way of explaining concepts. Really enjoyable to watch these videos. Thank you.
Thanks MJ! Great video.
I can elaborate and say most if not all religions thought of interest as a bad practice, a lack of charity.
The Jews were the first to allow lending money to non-community-members and therefore stepped into finance first which helped them build some cultural experience around it (we're talking centuries before Christianity changed its rules).
Later, when other groups realized that charging interest can actually boost productivity, they all found the appropriate loopholes in order to allow charging interest and removing obstacles from productivity.
Kudos to you !! I love your way of explaining things, and the golf course comparison is amazing.
when assessing a potential customer’s credit riskiness, can you help me understand the main factors that must be taken into consideration?
amazing!
issa good
Not really useful to me, but since you were transparent about what the video was about, I will give thumbs up =)
Well it’s not really as you’ve explained. Golf course and the nonsense
