Just press down+throw... after f43 smoke is in the air so it works

At 0:17 when I tried to do B21 (back triangle/Y, square/X)
smoke doesn’t phase towards the side he’s facing but teleports on the same side he initiated it from.
Not sure if that one is patched in 2023 or this vid old but It didn’t work for me unfortunately.

this is on current patch, as far as I remember there is some trick with timing, but it is quite simple

@@namfirg yea I think it is, sometimes he phases on the right side of the screen and sometimes he stays stationary. And idk about simple man lol I’m actually tryna learn smoke now years later

You've probably found out by now why it doesn't work but if not here's the issue. The opponent has to be goro for it to work, anyone else and it'll only work with perfect frame inputs
