@@johnm.i2201 John.m,You are correct.But how we find the majority party who will rule Kerala?We will see the number of MLA TOTALfrom Kerala.If you count MLAs from Eranakulam District UDF gets majority. But we have to see majority in Kerala state For Malankara Sabha majority voted in the Malankara Assosiation.Then the Metran Kashi is having Majority.Bawa Kashi having majority in Ernakulam District only.Netran Kashi is majority in Malankara Sabha.

After the Supreme court judgment of 1958 and accepting 1934 Constitution the Malankara Jakobaya Suriyani Sabha name was Changed to Malankara Orthodox Suriyani Sabha. Then onwards there was no Yakobaya Sabha. All members of Yakobaya Sabha became members of Malankara Orthodox suriyani Sabha. Basaliose Gheevafgheese Second became Catholcose and Malankara Metropolitan Of Malankara Orthodox suriyani Sabha. Everything wa accepted by the Malankara Jakobaya Suriyani Association and Supreme Court.Then accepted by Patriarch of Antioch in1958.Supreme court Verdict is that there is only one Sabha and one Constitution for the sabha The name of the SABHA is Malankara Orthodox Suriyani Sabha. The Constitution is 1934 Constitution. Then where is Yakobaya Sabha?Thre is no Yakobaya Sabha after 1958.All should understand this.

The Faithful of (Jacobite church ) has been fooled by their bishops. Both parties agreed to go to the court . Now that the judgement is out . Unfortunately Jacobite faction lost their case . ( Their leaders failed them . The laymen was emotionally fooled by their leaders . )
