If anyone didn’t know, the origin of this dish is called Biang Biang noodles, basically pulled, stretched & teared noodles when slapping while stretching the noodles. So far, green onions or scallion instead of cilantro, instead of lime juice, I use Chinese black vinegar instead, and minimize the sugar added cause Chinese black vinegar gives it a little fruity sweet like tasty notes. I do like the oyster sauce addition though, or hoisin sauce might be a good addition
Its weird that whenever its a Chinese dish they just call it Asian, like why make it vague? There are like 49 countries in Asia. Give it a few more years and suddenly its completely not Chinese anymore.

Then calling it korean-Chinese or Chinese inspired, but it’s just easier to say Asian, I guess in English text (international) it draws attetention better according to the concept of the RUclips channel. That’s just my observations & understanding.

It’s a delicious recipe for sure. I like my noodles hot, aside from soba in the summer. So I keep a pot of water boiling and dunk the noodles in the water for a bit before adding them to the bowl of seasonings. I undercook the noodles by about 30-60 seconds to account for the reheat.

yeah LOL same whenever i wanna have a good meal i just put these noodles with some sauce its insane how they add +20 taste if every meal they taste to good XD
I didn't have soy sauce or oyster sauce so I tried adding it to the soup and it turned out really good Also, I made it with spaghetti 😂😂 But it's really amazing ❤❤❤
@infinity1182 Yes I boiled and rinsed the Spaghetti Then I put boiling water on it If you like heavy soups, you don't have to wash the the Spaghetti I hope you like it ❤
